I get around pt. 2

Last night, went to Denny's, then rented Saw, with some friends. Cool movie, and I cannot believe it took me this long to see it. Later, friends.

I get around

Might be hope for me yet. Went with a friend to the mall. Just got back. Twas fun. Gee, hope the Beach Boys don't sue me for using one of their song titles.

School work

None to speak of right now. I must, absolutely must, go to see my Comp I professor, before Wednesday. I think this weekend I will get a start on those pesky Anthropology chapters. Big test on Sept. 2. And, a quiz on Friday. Wonder what it will be over?

Writing

I am an aspiring writer. 20 years old, and the ideas keep coming. Only trouble is, I can never really keep them. I start down the path, and the road breaks off before the journey really begins. And, I realize that it is becoming more and more difficult to be truly original, and it seems that all my stuff is merely a carbon copy of everyone else's work, and my mind wanders from topic to topic. One day, I might think the samurai are the greatest thing since sliced bread, but then when the next day rolls around, the adventures of elves and men fill my brain. It probably doesn't help that I am currently reading no less than 12 books at present. Sad thing is, I can keep up with the page numbers and the progression of each plot.

New Comedy CD

If anyone likes some redneck comedy, might I recommend the new Larry the Cable Guy album? The Right to Bare Arms. Perhaps no one is reading this, and I am just talking to myself. The perils of being brilliant, I guess. Shut up, Seamus. Oh, him? That's the Scotsman that lives in my head. He's a pretty smart guy, so I wouldn't cross him.

Power word of the day

I will try to make this a semi-normal thing, having inspirational quips or quotes. Might not even be inspirational, just funny, or true.
